Vanilla Ice Cream


  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 can (sm.) Carnation milk
  • 1/2 gal. whole milk
  • 2 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

  1. Beat eggs well, add sugar and continue beating until well mixed.
  2. Add other milks, whipping cream and vanilla; beat until well mixed.
  3. Pour into chilled ice cream maker canister.
  4. Freeze according to freezer's directions.
